SafeSlug provides a privacy-first URL shortening service. We encrypt target URLs and offer AI-powered slug generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use SafeSlug to:

  • Shorten links to malicious, phishing, malware, or illegal content.
  • Spam or distribute unsolicited promotional material.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to bypass or break our encryption or security measures.

We reserve the right to remove any link and terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SafeSlug makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or uptime of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

SafeSlug shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to the loss of data or dead links.

7. Privacy and Analytics

Your use of SafeSlug is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we use third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to collect aggregated usage data and session recordings to improve the platform.
